All pieces are shipped via Canada Post and include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped it can take up to 1-2 weeks to be delivered. In light of the current conditions with COVID-19, parcels may be delayed and out of our control.

We are not responsible for lost parcels or delays due to weather or holds at customs. If you would like a shipment delivered there, please consider an alternative recipient address.
We offer store credit for any pieces purchased through our website and returned within 14 days of receipt. Earrings are final sale.
We are not responsible for any return shipping costs. All earrings, sale, gift cards and custom pieces are final sale.
All returned items must be in original unworn condition, with no wear or scratches, and any tags still intact.
